About Oscar
More than 25 years of music — and every occasion remains unique.
Oscar Pineiro is a professional wedding violinist based in Düsseldorf. His musical training took him from Cologne to Bloomington, New York, Chicago and San Francisco, and finally back to Düsseldorf. Since 2019, he has also shared his experience through violin and piano lessons.
For weddings and events, he combines classical elegance with modern versatility. His repertoire ranges from classical music, pop and film scores to Turkish pieces. The focus is never simply on the show, but on the moment the music is there to carry.

Can I request a particular song?
Yes. Songs from the existing repertoire can be included in the programme, and new arrangements are also possible by agreement.
Do you only perform in Düsseldorf?
No. Oscar is based in Düsseldorf and performs throughout Germany and Europe. Travel arrangements are discussed individually.
Which parts of a wedding can feature live violin?
Live violin works beautifully for the entrance, ring exchange, signing and exit at civil, church or symbolic ceremonies. It can also accompany the reception, dinner, first dance and celebration.
Do you also perform at Turkish and international weddings?
Yes. Alongside classical, pop and film music, Oscar performs Turkish favourites and personally adapts the programme to the couple’s background, traditions and song requests.
How much does a wedding violinist cost?

How is the date confirmed?
After planning the details, you receive a short booking agreement. Your date is secured once it is signed and the deposit has been paid.
